Tower 24 in Frankfurt/Main
Office Highrise Building

Two Halves are More than One Whole

The new interpretation of the classic three slab high-rise building allows to design a skyscraper with a slim appearance that has an efficient core and offers generous open floor lay outs.

Integration
The two intertwined symmetrical volumes present an open form. This openness expresses the planned flexibility and multiplicity in the use of the tower. The specific volume emanates an integrative energy beyond the perimeter of the site. The building communicates with its surroundings. This special form allows us to use wind power for the ventilation of the building.

The Square
In the ground floor the visitor is confronted with the essential image. Here the important communication between the employees of the various firms take place. In the restaurant under the glazed atrium between the two towers you have a dramatic view upwards where you can feel the vertical movement of the towers.

Flexibility-Mobility-Communication
The lay out of the office floors is following the principles of modern office design. The open floors offer a continuous space for a variety of office concepts.
Because of the double core it is also possible to divide the floors into two independent unities.
For tenants of more than one floor stairs can be inserted in the centre area. Extra flexibility offers a possible asymmetric division of the floor areas.
